Night 1: Hanoi – Ha Giang (sleeping bus)
20h: Everyone gathers at the Epic Tour Hanoi office. Leave your luggage here and enjoy free tea and coffee here all day. (05 Au Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). 21:00: Get on the most comfortable sleeper bus to Ha Giang. Checked into our hotel in Ha Giang around 3 am and took a nap and breakfast before the tour started.
Day 1: Ha Giang – An Minh town – Dong Van
(Highlights of Ha Giang Loop: Heaven Gate-North Sum Pass-Visit Ma Pass-H’mong King Palace-)
8:30: Meet your easy-going guide and driver before starting our exciting adventure around Ha Giang. The road takes you to Bac Sum Pass and up to Heaven’s Gate, where you have a great view of Double Mountain and Tam Son town. Enjoy lunch at a local house in Nam Dam village. After a short break, drive to Dong Van via the picturesque Chin Khoanh Pass.
The entire Dong Van rock plateau is a major geological heritage of Vietnam. The landscape is made up of endless rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks, and breathtaking views. It also gives you the chance to experience life in a hill tribe village where locals work on the land. Visit the Mong King Palace, the residence of the Vuong Sa Phin family.
Arrive in Dong Van late afternoon and enjoy a local Vietnamese dinner with live music and karaoke after a long day admiring the breathtaking scenery. In the evening, free yourself before a new day of adventure.

Day 2: Dong Van Town – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Relaxing on the waterfall – Party at Cheers Du Gia Homestay

After breakfast, the group leaves Dong Van town and enters the highlight of the journey, which is Mapilin Pass, famous for its cliffs and spectacular scenery, often dubbed the “King” of the highest pass in Vietnam. 2,000m altitude.
After experiencing the majestic scenery of the past, we will walk through the Skyway to get a closer look at the whole valley and the Nho Que River. Viewed from the top of the mountain, the Mapiling Pass is picturesque with 360° panoramic views. Climb to the top, majestic mountains and rivers are amazing.
We then continued to drive through the villages of Meo Vac, Mau Due, and Lung Ho where we had lunch. In the afternoon, we crossed the majestic mountains to arrive at Du Gia’s country house in the middle of green rice fields. Meet locals for dinner, drink “happy water” and get ready to party, sing karaoke, and dance. 1…2…3 Zooo Congratulations…so much fun :)))

Day 3: Lung Tam Village – Ha Giang – Ha Noi
(The highlight of Ha Giang Ring Road: Good morning nature – Walking around rice fields – Longtan village)
Good morning for a walk in the beautiful village on the last day of our journey. Visit Longtan – the village is inhabited by the Meo people with excellent textile products. Then we walked through Quanba Town to see Mount Nvtu. After passing through the Thien Mon Gate, we headed back through Bac Sum Pass, back to Ha Giang late afternoon, then took the Comfort Limousine bus at 4:30 pm back to Hanoi Old Quarter. Arrive at Cheers Hostel – Hanoi Old Quarter around 11:00 pm. Since there is no accommodation yet, you can book a private room at Cheers Hanoi for $28/night. Passport, swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothes, gloves and mask for the colder months (November to March), mosquito repellent, some cash, phone with internet sim card, camera, healthy eating, and good manners!
Travel insurance is not included. Passengers are advised to purchase their travel insurance in the event of illness, injury, loss/damage to personal effects, and being unable to travel on the confirmed departure date.
What you need to bring for 3 days
Due to limited space in the vehicle and the nature of the accommodation, we ask that you limit the weight of your backpack or travel bag to 10kg.

- If you’re staying at Vietnam Cheers Hostels, come downstairs at 7:45 pm and get ready.

You will enjoy Vietnamese dishes cooked by our local chef during the tour. If you are vegetarian and have food allergies, we can accommodate your needs. If you have very special dietary needs, please discuss this when booking.
