Day 1: Sapa – Trekking Tram Ton Pass – Sin Chai village
Morning activities
Start the tour at your hotel in Sa Pa town, then head to Tram Ton pass, where you visited Silver Waterfall for the first time. Then, you will arrive at Heaven’s Gate, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the majestic scenery of Hoang Lien Mountain.
Then you start your hiking route from Tram Ton, following narrow mountainside trails through dense rainforest. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the go.
Afternoon and evening activities
Continue walking down the mountain, following the trail for about 3 hours, to Sin Chai village, a Hmong settlement. After arriving in the village, you will visit some local houses around the village to discover more about their life and culture. Had dinner with family. Overnight in a stilt house.
Day 2: More Trek Sin Chai – Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho
Morning activities
Get up early in the mountain village to feel the breath of the morning and enjoy the daily life of the locals here. Enjoy a local specialty breakfast at home before continuing to walk across the boardwalk to Cat Cat Village. You must visit the natural wonders and beautiful countryside.
Head up and down the mountain along the Golden Stream and through the bamboo forest for more of the beauty of Hei Hmong. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the go.
Afternoon and evening activities
Walk further to reach Y Linh Ho village and enjoy the beautiful rice fields and forests to add a wonderful experience to your journey.
Around 3:00 pm, check in to the homestay, visit the village, and learn more about local life and mountainous ethnic people. Dinner with family and overnight at stilt house.
Day 3: Y Linh Ho – Seo Mi Ty village
Morning activities
If the weather is nice, you can wake up and take pictures of the sunrise in the village and enjoy the Muong Hoa Valley.
Continue hiking, passing Laohangchai, a Miao village, and passing through the beautiful scenery of Menghua Valley. You follow the path through the bamboo forest.
This morning’s hike will take you through the woods for 5 hours and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the go
Afternoon and evening activities
You will reach Seo Mi Ty village at an altitude of 1567 meters in the late afternoon and have time to explore the beautiful valley. The nearby stream is a great place to relax and enjoy. Dinner at home and overnight at the house on stilts.
Day 4: Seo Mi Ty
Morning activities
Take a tour around Seo Mi Ty village to learn about local culture and life. Afterward, leave the village for an easy walk down a windy slope to a moderate hiking trail to Temple Thanh village. This is a remote village in the Muong Hoa Valley, where you can take a break for lunch.
Afternoon and evening activities
Continuous walking up and down the mountain, through small isolated villages. Continue walking to Ta Trung Ho village – the homeland of the Red Dao people. Visit the villages and walk around to learn more about their life and the surrounding landscape. Dinner at home and overnight at the house on stilts.
Day 5: Add Trek Ta Trung Ho to Sai Village
Morning activities
Breakfast with the family. You leave the village and go to the next village to gain more trekking experience. You will pass through dirty narrow roads up steep hills. It will bring you a different hiking experience. Enjoy lunch on the way.
Afternoon and evening activities
Continue down the mountain to Nan’an Village, the hometown of Hong Taoists. Take a stroll around the village and discover its hidden beauty and charm.
Continue downhill again along the trail to Nam Sang village, home of the Xa Pho or Phu La people, to discover their unique way of life. Visit the homes of the locals and learn more about their culture. Dinner at home and overnight at the house on stilts.
Day 6: Sai Village – Sapa
Morning activities
After a family breakfast with local delicacies, you will continue your journey today by walking along rocky trails to Damai village, a newly established village of the Xa Pho people. Tour around the village, and learn about their life and beautiful valley.
At noon, you will arrive at Nantong Village, the home of the Red Daoists. Enjoy lunch in the village and get a chance to interact with them and learn more about the local people’s way of life.
Afternoon activities
You can also walk to Thanh Phu Bridge, where our driver is waiting for you to take you back to Sapa town. Arrive in Sapa late afternoon.
