Sapa Trekking And Homestay tourist map 3 days

Day 1: Sapa – Trekking Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai. Stay at Lao Chai Homestay

Morning activities:

Depart from Sapa town from your hotel in the morning and start walking to Cat Cat village, 3 km from the town center. You have the opportunity to admire the picturesque waterfall at the foot of the mountain. There is also time to admire and admire the beautiful scenery and rice terraces.

We continue our journey and turn into Y Linh Ho. The 2km walking route passes through the rice terraces and enjoys its magical beauty.

Y Linh Ho is inhabited by the H’Mong people with terraced fields passed down from generation to generation for about 100 years. This is a great opportunity to interact with the culture and lifestyle of the Hmong ethnic people. Enjoy lunch on the way.

Afternoon and evening activities:

Walk more to Laochai, another Hmong village, and have more time to admire the spectacular rice terraces of Muong Hoa Valley. Traverse the dirt roads and experience local life and scenery.

Stay with a host family and have a family dinner. The evening is a time when you can talk, meet and interact with the locals and learn more about their work and culture. Overnight in a stilt house.

Day 2: Lao Chai – Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Ban Ho. Homestay Ban Ho ~ 16 Km (B/L/D)

Morning activities:

Today you will walk 16 km through the village for more fun and experience. Get up early to feel the vibe between the countryside and the mountains. Then, as you walk from Laochai to Tavin village, you will be treated to a wonderful view of the terraced rice fields in the valley. Visit the Jiai minority, who often fish by the river. Now, you can see Jiai people working in the fields, growing vegetables, and harvesting rice.

Continue walking through Giang Ta Chai village, passing through bamboo forest and admiring the beautiful landscape. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the go.

Afternoon and evening activities

Continue walking for another 6 km to Ban Ho, where the Thai people live. You can experience their stilt buildings differently from other ethnic groups. Have dinner with the family, learn more about local culture and life, and sample local foods and wines. Overnight in a house on stilts in Banhe Village.

Day 3: More Trekking Ban Ho – Nam Toong – Sapa ~ 8 Km (B/L)

Morning activities:

Wake up early, listen to the sounds of the mountains, and feed chickens, pigs, and more like a local. Have breakfast at home, then leave Ho village and walk 3 km to Nam Toong village.

Nam Toong village is home to the Hong Dao ethnic minority. If the weather is nice, you will have the opportunity to swim in the cool river. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the go.

Afternoon activities:

You leave Ban Ho and return to Sapa town by private car. You will drive on the highland arterial roads and walk through villages, admiring views of the valley and villages hidden among the rice terraces. Return to Sapa around 4:30 pm. Explore beautiful villages with us and have a great time!
