  • Vietnam Business (DN) visa, is a short-term visa issued to business people to enter Vietnam for meetings, conferences, or other business-related purposes.

When you apply for a Vietnam visa, you must have some documents to support your application. These include:

  • Your passport is valid for at least six months.
  • Most recently taken a passport-size photo, Vietnam specs as follows:
    • Size: 4cm x 6cm
    • White background
    • You should be in the center of the frame, looking straight ahead with a normal facial expression

You can only apply for a Vietnam visa completely online if you are from one of the countries that are eligible for a Vietnam e-visa. To get a Vietnam visa online, you must:

  1. Start applying online through Vietnam Immigration Portal
  2. Attach a scanned copy of your passport along with your passport-size photo
  3. Enter all required information in the online application form
  4. Pay the Vietnam e-visa fee (US$25)
  5. Visa processing (up to three business days)

  7. If you received an e-visa, you must download the PDF file and print two copies.

Apply for a Vietnam visa on arrival

You can apply for a Vietnam visa on arrival if you enter Vietnam through one of Vietnam’s international airports (listed below):
