Vietnam Railways provides daily trains from Hanoi to Da Nang, with running times from 15:20 to 17:00. It might be better to take the night train as you can sleep on the train.
On this route, you can choose between an AC seat or a 6-bed or 4-bed cabin. Prices start at $32 (€31). You can also book a private train (Violet Express & Laman Express) for better service.
You should buy tickets early to get the best seats, especially if you go during high season (June-August).
